CJ Hitz is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach with a passion for long distance running. He loves working with local runners in the Colorado Springs area and also coaches runners of all levels online in locations worldwide. CJ helps runners squeeze out their potential and ability by improving the quality of their training and nutrition.
CJ is also a competitive masters runner who competes in road, trail and mountain races both locally and across the nation. Since resuming his running career after nearly 20 years away from the sport, he’s lost over 50 pounds and continues to get faster each year at every distance.
